38.5 guaranteed hours with strong overtime opportunities. Shift patterns include earlies (from ~03:30), middles and lates (to ~01:00). You’ll typically rotate weekly, and you’ll usually know 3–4 weeks in advance if you’re switching patterns. Weekend and evening flexibility is essential.
Join a small, friendly team where you’ll be supported and trusted to do your job well without being micromanaged.
Choose from a range of rosters, including 4-day lines with six days off. Popular rosters use a transparent waiting list (by request date), and you can swap shifts and holiday weeks with colleagues. We’ll work with you when life changes - flexibility on both sides is how we succeed.

As a qualified driver, you’ll receive 3 weeks of structured route training (up to 4 weeks on longer rosters), supported by specialised sat-nav and a route-learning video library. We’ll also maintain your CPC, and have plenty of career growth opportunities.
